Lureto Collection offers free returns for eligible returns made within the 30-day return period.
Where a return qualifies for free return shipping, we will provide the applicable return instructions or return label.
You should not send a return to an address other than the return address or location provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, the product should:

For eligible returns made under our 30-day return policy, Lureto Collection covers the cost of return shipping.
Where we provide a return label, please use the label or return method provided by us.
If you return an item using a different shipping method without first contacting us, we may not be able to reimburse the shipping cost unless required by applicable law.
10. Original Shipping Costs
If you return an order under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the original shipping cost, if any, may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period, we will reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is generally non-refundable.

Depending on product availability and our current return process, we may process the request as an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
